Habit forming

This is just a quick update about starting (or stopping) habits. This is the latest article on Zen Habits and was fairly informative. Haider Al-Mosawi (Personal Growth Map) has some interesting tips on creating new habits; by not going overboard in trying to create new habits, you might actually keep up with things that you want to do. Half habits allow you to gradually change the way you do things and celebrate the progress; rather than try to do something huge and dwell on the failures. Timeless habits allow you to make some changes without having to devote more time in your busy day; ensuring a higher chance for success. What I liked about the post was the golden nuggets at the end that highlighted and reinforced the major points in two ways.
